Enabling them to navigate around our field notes, reports, documentation, digital photographs, video and leave questions for the respective adjuster or surveyor, all accomplished in "Real Time" no more delays in receiving information. Our TPA accounts our also linked directly through the portal. Although we believe in the advantages of our Virtual Claim/Instruction System there is no substitute for personal attention and as such our staff can be contacted directly either through the office or by their mobile phone.
